Teaching is one of my greatest passions. I combine hands-on learning with fun interactive activities and slides to give my clients the tools they need to prepare for birth. Classes are offered in person and virtually to fit your needs.

I am so honored to offer support for both you and your family throughout the pregnancy and postpartum period. I offer services as a Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, and Sibling Doula.

As a CLC, I provide prenatal lactation classes to better support my clients and the communities around me with their lactation journey. I also offer consultations and lactation counseling both in person and virtually.
